Where are you currently delivering

Hey! We would love to but we are starting with deliveries in Delhi, and all-India shipping is coming soon.

What is your jewellery made of?

Our pieces are 18KT gold plated with 3x standard gold plating. The pieces are made on premium grade brass, on top of which we apply a Platinum group metal layer and then gold plate. 

Why add an additional metal in the middle of the base metal & gold plating?

In order to  increase longevity of our pieces, platinum group metal is used as a barrier in the middle to slow down tarnish. Italian luxury brands use this barrier in their products as well.

What's your warranty?

Every piece comes with a 1-year warranty against plating and manufacturing defects. That covers tarnish, discoloration or peeling under normal wear, and faulty clasps, ear posts, solder joints or stone settings. We’ll replate or repair your piece for free, or replace it if it can’t be fixed. The warranty doesn’t cover damage from perfume, sanitizer, chlorine, sea water, impact or third-party repairs.

What's the return & exchange policy?

Not to worry, we’ve got you covered! You can return or exchange any piece within 15 days of delivery, as long as it’s unworn, with tags and original packaging intact. 

Do you provide any refunds?

Yes. If you return a piece within 15 days, you can choose a refund, an exchange or store credit. We start your refund within 48 hours of receiving the piece in its original condition.
